Michael Rüsz fell in love with esports at first touch when he was 21. He quit his other passion: soccer, went all in and became known as Django. After 3 years of hard work and determination, he went from amateur league to a full-time professional career in Call of Duty 2, and the title of Denmark’s national team captain. After becoming a father in his late 20’s, he decided to change direction and work behind the scenes, acting as chairman and consultant for events and professional organizations.
For the past 5 years, Michael has been working in the field of esport education. He has created some of the most popular esport schools in Denmark, teaching thousands of students valuable skills that can benefit them in their future work lives. Many of these students have gone professional in LOL and CS:GO. Fx. Szygenda, Teses, Maxi, Kristou, TMB and others.
With over 20 years of experience in the esports, Michael has contributed greatly to the Danish esport industry, which is famous for many talented players in many games. He’s done more than 100 talks across Europe, and is looking forward to his first talk in the states, even though it is online.
