Dr. Hunter Stevens is a performance psychologist and the Director of Learning Development and Head of Mental Skills at Mindful Athlete Training. His focus is on facilitating and co-leading a team towards identifying, understanding, and training the gap in performance development, the mind. He has coordinated the merging of technology with well-established research and mental skills, so that the mind can now be measured and trained. This has enabled his team to measure an individual’s ability to get calm, focus, and engage to decrease mental fatigue and optimize results.
A former Division-1 volleyball player, Dr. Stevens has competed and trained at the professional and Olympic levels. His experience assists him with connecting to players and the challenging demands of competition that they face. He received his Doctorate of Psychology and Master’s of Business Administration at Widener University with a focus on leadership and executive development.
